From clay soils rich in minerals, an elegant red, with notes of black cherry and pomegranate and pleasing hints of wild blackberry. The vine of Syrah in purity that the origin of Typical Geographical Indication and is bred in the area of the Agro of Salemi and Mazara del Vallo Province of Trapani. For the vinification after the harvest period that falls in the third decade of August to the first decade of September. Partial maceration at low temperature with subsequent thermoregulated fermentation. 4 months aging in steel.

The wine has an intense red color with violet reflections. The scent has intense notes of black cherry and pomegranate with pleasing hints of wild blackberry. The elegant and harmonious taste, with strong notes of black cherry and mulberry and slight balsamic hints.

A great wine to pair with braised meat, roasts, game or semi-mature cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 16-18ºC in a large glass that allows the wine to oxygenate.
