Wine description
The "Kelbi" of Cantina Pellegrino is produced with 100% Catarratto grapes; after the harvest, strictly manual, the grapes are softly crushed and left to ferment and vinified in steel for 4 months.
Features of this Catarratto
Wine with a pale straw yellow color; strong hints of fruits and yellow flowers with a savory and citrus finish; fresh, harmonious and with an excellent balance.
Recommended pairings tasting this Sicilian wine
Perfect wine with fish-based main courses; to try with medium-aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 10-12ºC in a not very large glass.
