Wine description
The Langhe Nebbiolo DOC is a typical Piedmont red wine produced by the Agricultural company Bel Colle, located in Verduno in the Langhe territory. The grapes are 100% Nebbiolo. After the fermentation, the refinement is for about 12 months.
Characteristics of Langhe Nebbiolo DOC
Esthetically it has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The scent is intense and delicate with violet aroma. The taste is dry and velvety, sweet and lightly tannic if it is drunk when it is young.
Recommended pairings while tasting this Piedmont Red Wine
It has to be served at 18-20°C. It is perfect to be drunk with meat second courses and aged cheese.
