“Tasca Almerita Spumante Metodo Classico DOC” tells the story of a production philosophy that, during its evolution, preserved the feature of its vineyard and of its territories. The glass wall in Liberty style realized by Bevilacqua for the “Villa” in Mondello has been the proof since 1987. Continuous experimentation in search of complexity, class and longevity. The harvest 2010 was good and we decided to wait for 60 months maturation on yeasts, trying not to lose the typical features of Chardonnay. “Contessa Franca” is dedicated to a wife, a mother and a gran mother that had a fundamental role in the history of Regaleali. It is produced with 100% Chardonnay cultivated in the territories of the estate located in the heart of Sicily. The partial malolactic fermentation is then followed by aging on yeasts, managed in the bottle for 36 months.

The organoleptic exam reveals a classy gold yellow colour enriched by fragrant and fruity perfumes. The taste is soft, creamy, delicate, balanced and persistent.
