Gold yellow colour with green reflection. The perfume is wide, with a great bouquet that opens with cedar and banana, enriched by delicate hints of spices that recall cinnamon and vanilla. Its taste is intense, rich and balanced, with a pleasant, fresh final.

It is perfect with fish, seafood, main dishes, fried food and fresh cheeses. Excellent with appetizers too. It has to be served at 12°C in a high, wide wine glass.
