The grape variety used for the production of this excellent wine is 100% pure Sangiovese. It is obtained from a blend of various clones of Sangiovese grapes grown on the Maremma hills. Vine of great value that all ampelographers have dealt with, originated and cultivated throughout Tuscany, it is notably widespread in the Tuscan Maremma with numerous clones. The origin is the classic one of the Maremma Toscana. The harvest takes place with the traditional red method.
