This sensational wine absolutely represents the best expression of vinification of the grapes of Chardonnays . Beyond expectations, this wine is defined within the Ferrari manufacturer, "Il Fuoriclasse". The Chardonnay grapes vinified alone, here they are able to express all their charm, are satisfying and suggestive. The grapes are all grown in the Maso Pianizza area. In the Denomination of Controlled Origin area " Trento DOC ”, the best grapes are selected, harvested when fully ripe in mid-September. The land is placed in an altitude strip that extends from 500 meters and reaches 600 meters above sea level. The particular vinification involves a ten-year refinement period where the wine remains on selected yeasts.

From a technical point of view, the Cru Reserve of the Ferrari Founder it reaches an alcohol content of 12.5% alcohol by volume. From an organoleptic point of view it has a bright yellow color and broad golden reflections, the perlage is instead very fine but persistent for a long time. At the olfactory level, the sensations it leaves us are those of a large bouquet characterized by a vast range of fragrances, all intense and easily distinguishable. The fruit that is typically perceived with Chardonnay grapes is also accompanied here by notes of honey, white chocolate and spices with citrus fruits, all scents conferred by the long ageing. The sip is velvety, elegant and harmonious.It feels good fruit and acacia honey. Long persistence.

The noble spumante Giulio Ferrari, founder's reserve is a classic and luxurious aperitif wine. It also goes well with fairly structured dishes of Trentino cuisine. Excellent with risottos with herb and mushroom creams. It should be served in tall, tapered glasses at a temperature of 10°C.
