| Wine list | Veneto Igt |
A refined label from the Anselmi winery that includes in Blend all the main essences of the area of origin. This wine owes its name to San Vincenzo Ferreri, patron saint of winemakers. The provenance is classic Veneto, on volcanic soils in the Monteforte and Soave areas, near the sanctuary of San Vincenzo. The September/October harvest involves soft pressing and natural cold decanting of the must obtained, with fermentation at 16 °C. Final refinement stage in 6 mes p'er steel, with weekly batonnages.
Characteristics of the white "San Vincenzo" from Cantina Anselmi
On appearance the wine has a pale straw yellow colour. The scent is broad and expressive and delicately mineral, with notes of citrus, white fruit, aromatic herbs and fresh almonds. The taste is absolutely smooth, balanced, savoury, fresh and mineral.
Recommended pairings tasting this white wine
A wine pleasant on the palate, fresh and velvety. Try it with shrimp salad. The optimum service temperature is 8°C.
