Produced with 100% Pecorino grapes, this Abruzzo wine is part of the Premium Line of Tenuta Ulisse Winery: it is the very emblem of the richness of the most characteristic family vineyards, which are carefully selected each year according to the salient characteristics of each vintage. The vinification involves the cryo-selection of the grapes and the reduction of the temperature with subsequent cryomacerazione of the skin. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 11 ºC in thermoregulated tanks; the final phase of aging takes place first in steel and then in the bottle.
Characteristics of this wine from Abruzzo
It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The olfactory bouquet is reminiscent of yellow fruits and the palate is extremely rich, perfectly balanced.

Excellent with fish and white meat dishes. Serve at 6-8 ºC
