Description du vin
This rosé wine produced at Tenuta Sallier de La Tour from Tasca d'Almerita winery comes from 100% Syrah grapes grown in the Monreale vineyards, near Palermo. Following the manual harvest, the clusters are subjected to white vinification and aging on the fine lees in steel for a duration of 3 months.
Characteristics of this Sicilian wine
The organoleptic test shows a bright pink color with slightly coppery shades. The olfactory notes evoke red berries such as strawberry, pomegranate and wild berries as well as floral notes. On the palate it strikes for its flavor and freshness.
