Wine description

This organic rosé wine from the Tenuta Viglione Winery in Puglia is made from 100% Primitivo grapes. The vineyards are located in the characteristic Murgia area, at an altitude of 480 metres above sea level and with south-west exposure. After the grapes are harvested mechanically in the first ten days of September, alcoholic fermentation and ageing take place in steel tanks.

Characteristics of this Apulian rosé wine

It has a cherry-pink colour with coral reflections. The bouquet has fruity notes of red fruits and floral notes of magnolia. On the palate, it is enveloping with a distinctive minerality.
