Wine description
This label contains all the naturalness and characteristics of the territory of Trentino Alto Adige. The variety used for its vinification is that of Pinot Blanc. The vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature followed by maturation on fine yeast for six months.
Pinot Bianco "Finado" DOC's features
The organoleptic examination is pale straw yellow. The nose is expressed with a fruity bouquet with hints of apple and pear. The taste is fresh, soft and elegant, good persistence.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Andrian winery
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with seafood appetizers, sushi and sashimi, fresh cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 10 º C. The temperature is 10 º C.
