For the production of this refined Millesimato, the Canevel winery vinifies pure 100% Marzemino grapes. The origin is the classic one of Veneto, in the territory of Refrontolo in Valdobbiadene. The vinification takes place in white by soft pressing. Refermentation in autoclave at controlled temperature. The sparkling process takes place with the Charmat Method.
Spumante Millesimato Brut Rosa del Fae Canevel’s features
A bright pink colour with a fine and persistent perlage. The perfume has elegant fruity notes with intense and delicate aromas of berries and hints of rose. The taste has a lively and pleasant acidity with a dry and long finish.

A perfect sparkling wine for the whole meal. It goes very well with fish dishes but also with white meat. The optimal serving temperature is 6°C in a tall and tapered glass.
