Description du vin
The White Passito "Monte del Duca" is produced by the Vaona winery in the Veneto region. The production process involves aging in steel containers and lasts about 1 year; the wine is then aged for another 4-6 months in the bottle.
The characteristics of Passito Bianco wine
At sight it is straw yellow with amber rereadings. The scent is spicy and harmonious, reminiscent of peaches and bananas. On the palate it is warm, velvety, harmonious and sweet with notes of candied fruit and honey.
