Wine description
From the breeding of Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara grapes coming from the cru owned by the Boscaini family comes this Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Mazzano; the carefully selected bunches undergo fermentation through the use of indigenous yeasts at an uncontrolled temperature. The refinement requires a stay of 3 years in large Allier and Slavonian oak barrels.

At sight it has a very intense ruby red color and an olfactory bouquet of ripe cherries and sweet spices; on the palate it has a good tannic texture and a good persistence.
