Weinbeschreibung
Made from 100% Negroamaro grapes harvested by hand at the beginning of September, this rosé wine from Cantina Produttori di Manduria is born. After the harvest, a short maceration takes place in the press with fermentation in white at a controlled temperature of 18 ºC. After a short aging in steel before bottling.
Characteristics of this wine from Salento
It has a coral pink color and an olfactory bouquet focused on wild strawberries, raspberries, peach flowers and currant. The palate is fresh, with a citrus finish.
Recommended pairings with this rosé wine
Try it with hot fish appetizers, sashimi, grilled fish slices. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ºC.
