Weinbeschreibung
A symbol of Trentino Alto Adige, the variety of grapes used for the production of this label is that of 100% pure Müller Thurgau. Vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature; maturation on fine yeast for six months.
Muller Thurgau DOC's features
The organoleptic examination of this wine shows a pale and brilliant straw yellow color. The nose expresses a pleasant and intense bouquet of tropical fruit with light hints of citrus and mineral. The taste on the palate is aromatic, fresh and elegant, with good persistence.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Andrian winery
A refined and fine wine, also excellent as an aperitif, goes perfectly with cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 10 º C.
