Descrizione del vino
Cultivated at an altitude of 900 m above sea level, Muller Thurgau is the identity variety of a unique territory like that of Val di Cembra, as well as unique is this high-altitude viticulture that takes place only thanks to the dedication of the 300 Cembra Cantina di Montagna. The 100% Muller Thurgau grapes are harvested towards the end of September and then pressed in whole clusters, with fermentation and aging in steel.
Characteristics of this wine from Trentino
The straw yellow color impresses with a very intense olfactory profile of citrus and exotic fruit: the palate is deep, with a good flavor and freshness.
Recommended pairings with this white wine
Try it with fish appetizers, sushi, soups but also with cold cuts and salami. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ºC.
