Weinbeschreibung
From a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet and native grape variety of the area this red wine is born from the Umbrian winery Cesarini Sartori. The grapes grown on clay-sandy soils are harvested between the second half of September and the first half of October.After pressing the grapes, fermentation is carried out in steel tanks and finally the aging takes place in large oak casks for 12 months.
Characteristics of this wine from Umbria
It has a ruby red color tending to purple. The bouquet is fragrant with notes of blackberry, black pepper and licorice. The palate is soft and reminiscent of cloves.
