From the San Felice winery , the eponymous wine that embodies all the distinctive characteristics of the terroir and the winemaking tradition of the estate it represents and which gave it its name. It is classified as DOCG, guaranteeing its origins. The wine is made from 80% Sangiovese grapes, 10% Colorino, and the remaining 10% Pugnitello. All native varieties are grown on the estate. The vines are grown in the administrative district of San Felice, in the land registry area of Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the province of Siena. The wine is aged for 8–10 days at a temperature of 28–30°C. Malolactic fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks. It is then aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 10–12 months. Finally, it is refined in the bottle for 2 months.
