Wine description
Fresh, fruity and mineral, this Bolgheri Bianco Bell'Aja wine is made from a blend of 70% Vermentino and 30% Viognier grapes, harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September: the mineral characteristics of this white wine are conferred by the particularly sandy soil on which the vineyards are planted. Once the harvest is complete, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed, followed by fermentation of the must in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Characteristics of this Bolgheri white wine
It has a very delicate straw yellow colour. The nose is striking with a complex bouquet of white fruit, thyme and jasmine. The palate is pleasantly fresh and harmonious.
Recommended pairings with this Tuscan white wine
Excellent with fish or white meat dishes. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
