Lagrein Rosé DOC ABBAZIA DI NOVACELLA

This rosé wine from the South Tyrolean winery Abbazia di Novacella is a pleasantly fruity and delicate wine. For its production, pure Lagrein grapes are used, which are grown on sandy soils at an altitude of around 260 m above sea level. After manual harvesting of the grapes, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in steel. The final ageing phase also takes place in steel and requires a period of 6 months.

 

 

 

It has a delicate pink colour and a decidedly fruity bouquet, reminiscent of cherries, raspberries and strawberries. The palate is pleasantly fruity and delicate.

 

 

 

Particularly suitable with fish dishes, white meat and vegetables. Try it with pizza. serve at a temperature of 8-10 C°.
