Wine description
From the vinification of dried grapes from the Kerner vine bred by Abbazia di Novacella technicians. The origin is the classic one of the area included within the company limits of Novacella, in Trentino. Vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel for 2 - 3 months, maturation in stainless steel. Refinement lasts for 12 months.
Passito di Kerner Praepositus DOC Abbazia di Novacella’s features
An intense straw yellow color with deep golden reflections. Scent is expressed with strong olfactory hints, alternating between sweet and honeyed tones, and balsamic nuances of eucalyptus and officinal herbs. Taste is played between freshness and sweetness. Very long persistence, fine and elegant closure.
