Giorgi winery produces this amazing white wine IGT in one of the best areas for the production of white wines: Oltrepò Pavese. It is a blend composed by Sauvignon, Riesling and Chardonnay, that mixed together exalt all their organoleptic features, perfumes and structure. The vineyards produce 70 quintals per hectare. After soft pressing, the must is submitted to a brief maceration. Static clarification is followed by fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 15°C, that maintains the varietal perfumes. The aging is developed in wood.
Features of "Lady Ginevra" white wine
Straw yellow colour enriched by fruity perfumes typical of Riesling and Chardonnay that marry the varietal aromas of Sauvignon: the result is a refined and elegant bouquet. Its taste is characterized by balance between sourness and richness, joined to the softness given by the sugar quantity. Harmonious and really elegant.
Recommended food pairings while tasting this wine from Lombardy
Perfect with fish, white meats and Mediterranean dishes. It has to be served at 6°C in a high, wide wine glass.
