Wine description
This sparkling wine is Brut. The prosecco DOC Treviso of Mionetto has lovely smells and aromas. The production area is the Prosecco DOC Treviso and it is made by 100% Glera grapes. There is a white fermentation and a soft pressing of the grapes and it is used the Charmat method. The wine rests for one year in bottle.
Characteristics of this Prosecco Doc Treviso
It has a bright straw yellow color. The smell is fruity of Golden apple, with licorice, honey and acacia aromas. A dry sparkling wine, structured with intense and thin bubbles.
