Wine description
This Franciacorta Brut "Gran Cuvée" comes from 22 different parcels located within the vineyards of Castello Bonomi. The grapes are softly pressed and sent to the first cold fermentation in both steel and wood. The refermentation takes place in bottle, where the wine ages on the lees for 36 months.
Franciacorta Brut "Cuvée 22" DOCG's features
This wine is characterized by a golden color; a perlage of fine little grain and an excellent persistence. To the nose we find fruity notes, which leave then space for more spicy sensations and aromas reminiscent of toasted hazelnut. In the mouth it has a good body, balanced, characterized by a fresh and savory sip.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this product from Castello Bonomi winery
Excellent with grilled fish, steamed crustaceans and stewed white meats. Serve at a temperature of 8ºC in tapered glass.
