This Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato Brut from Cantina La Marca originates from the steep and steep slopes of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Hills, a unique place in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019. Pure Glera grapes are harvested by hand during the harvest: once the harvest is finished, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented using selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 15°C. The foam setting is carried out using the Charmat or Martinotti method, as is standard practice.
Features of this Prosecco Millesimato Brut
It has a very delicate straw yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage. The olfactory notes recall fruity hints of green apple, pear, white flowers. On the palate it is firm but pleasantly fresh.

Excellent for fine dining, thanks to its dry flavor: particularly suitable with fish-based dishes, such as spaghetti with clams, stuffed calamari, sushi and oysters. Also excellent with cheeses, lard and cured meats. Serve at 6-8°C.
