Weinbeschreibung
From the vinification in absolute purity of distilled grapes of 100% pure Chardonnay. The origin falls in the area around the city of Merano. For its production only grapes from old vines of excellent quality are used, coming from selected vineyards. The vinification involves aging in steel containers, its complex aromatic diversity and its longevity are highlighted by aging in oak barrels.
Chardonnay Graf Doc’s features
A straw yellow colour. The scent of pineapple and bananas. The taste is of good sapidity on the palate, the development is elegant and harmonious.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Chardonnay Graf DOC Meran
Excellent with fish, seafood, white meat, risotto and Käsenocken, bread and Gnocchi cheese. The optimal serving temperature is 10°C.
