Weinbeschreibung
From the vinification of only Sauvignon Blanc grapes, one of the oldest French vines, spread to South Tyrol over 100 years ago. The origin for these clusters lies in the territorial area of Marlengo, Cermes, Lana, Lagundo. The vinification involves cold maceration for 12 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. 5 months of maturation on the lees.
Sauvignon Blanc Festival Doc’s features
A greenish yellow colour. The perfume opens in a bouquet where nuances of aromatic herbs and nettle are recognized. The taste is that of an elegant, generous wine, with a persistent finish and a refreshing acidity.
