Weinbeschreibung
From the vinification of Riesling grapes, native to Trentino. The origin is the classic one of the high areas above Merano and Val Venosta. The vinification involves pressing in whole bunches with a spontaneous fermentation at a controlled temperature in small stainless steel wine tanks, without malolactic fermentation. Maturation on the lees follows for about 6 months.
Riesling Graf Doc’s features
A greenish yellow colour. The scent has a fruity aroma with notes of peach, flint and citrus. The taste is fresh, sweet, with well-structured acidity and excellent persistence.

Excellent with seafood, oysters, Asian recipes and appetizers. The optimal serving temperature is 10°C.
