Wine description
This Chardonnay of the Anselmet Winery from Valle d'Aosta is an elegant and refined wine made with 100% Chardonnay grapes grown at 800 meters above sea level, on sandy soils. After the manual harvest, the must ferments for 2 weeks in steel tanks at a controlled temperature before being bottled.
Characteristics of this white wine
To the organoleptic examination this wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color, with delicate hints of white flowers. In the mouth it is balanced and mineral.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this white wine
Try it with fish dishes especially steamed. To be served at a temperature of 12°C in a not very large glass.
