Volpe Pasini Chardonnay is a white wine produced in the Eastern Hills of Friuli Venezia Giulia, made from pure Chardonnay grapes grown in the company vineyards of the historic estate. Winemaking takes place exclusively in temperature-controlled steel, with the aim of preserving the grape's natural freshness and aromatic cleanliness, while bottle aging completes its balance and expressive finesse.
Characteristics of this wine from the Volpe Pasini Winery
On organoleptic examination it appears with a bright straw yellow color. On the nose it expresses delicate and typically varietal scents, with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus and white flowers, accompanied by a fresh and immediate sensation. In the mouth it is dry, harmonious and flowing, supported by a pleasant acidity that gives liveliness and leads to a clean and fruity finish, of good persistence.
Recommended pairings with this Friulian white wine
