This wine praises the denomination DOCG Collio from Friuli Venezia Giulia. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon cultivated in the territories of the property. The 20 years old vineyards are located on soils composed by marl with south exposition. After the manual harvest, the fruits are separated from the stalks. The fermentation-maceration starts and lasts for 20 days. The maturation, managed in little barrels made of french oak, lasts for 30-36 months.n After the bottling, the wine ages for other 10 months.

Intense ruby red colour, nearly purple. Its perfume recalls herbs in its youth, to evolve with the years, becoming more elegant and intense. The intense taste is characterized by spices.
