Pinot Grigio by Villa Russiz, a traditional wine of Friuli that praises the denomination DOC Collio. It is produced with 100% Pinot Grigio, cultivated on the hills around the headquarter of the company, mainly on soils full of marls with south, north-east and south-east exposition. The grapes are harvested manually during the fresh hours of the morning. Then, the soft pressing extracts the free-run must that is immediately poured into the fermentation containers with a continuous control of the temperatures. The wine rests on its sediments for at least 8 months and then it is bottled. Pinot Grigio Villa Russiz is the result of a careful manual selection, a perfect maturation and a scrupulous wine-making, that considers only the use of steel containers, in order to preserve the freshness that characterize this wine. A structured white that is fragrant and fruity, perfect for happy hours and summer dinners.

Straw yellow colour enriched by a wide, rich and fruity perfume that recalls peach and pear, surrounded by hints of wild flowers. Its taste is balanced, strong, fresh and harmonious.

Excellent with fish, raw tuna or salmon, crustacean starters or light main dishes with non-elaborated sauces. Really appreciated as happy hour. It has to be served at 8-10°C in a high, wide wine glass that give value to its perfumes.
