A wine that, with its perfumes and delicate structure, is perfect for daily meals.It has the denomination DOC Collio and it is produced with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, cultivated on vineyards located around the winery and with different exposition of the soils, here mainly characterized by marl. After the manual harvest, the grapes are separated from the stalks. Fermentation and maceration process last for 15 days. Then, 12-15 months maturation in oak. The wine is then assembled in steel and bottled, A further aging of 5 monts in the bottle ends the wine-making process.

This traditional wine of Friuli shows an intense ruby red colour. Its perfume is refined and characterized by herbs in the first period, to evolve in the years, becoming more and more elegant. The taste is smooth, wide, enchanting, with good sourness balanced by great, but soft, tannins.
