From the vinification of 100% pure Barbera grapes. The origin is the classic one of Piedmont, Barbaresco and Neive. Harvest by hand. Vinification involves fermentation in steel tanks; followed by 10 days of maceration in contact with the skins and soft wetting of the cap with the "shower" system at a temperature between 32 and 27 ° C.
