Bianco Toscana "Centine" BANFI

The white wine Cantine of the Tuscany Banfi winery is a perfect mix of smelly aromas and a delicate taste. The wine is made of a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay grapes to guarantee smells and structure to the most appreciated white wine of Italy. There is a soft pressing and destemming of the grapes and the alcoholic fermentation lasts 16 days in part in steel tanks and in part in barrels both under temperature control. The wine rests on the lees for a short period.  

Characteristics of this white wine from Tuscany

It has a light straw yellow color. The smell is fruity with Pinot Grigio aromas well balanced with the Sauvignon banc one like pear, apricot, lime and tomato leaf. The taste has a good sapid aroma, with a remarkable acidity well mixed with the softness.

It is a white IGT Tuscany meal wine. It is perfect with the main courses with fish, fresh fish, or steamed or grilled fish and also with the octopus with potatoes and with the mussels. It must be served at 10°C in a wide wine glass.
