Descrizione del vino
From the vineyards of Neive, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy located in the Cuneo area, this red wine from the Dante Rivetti Winery was born. The grapes used are pure Barbera, harvested manually during the harvest and then gently pressed: fermentation takes place at a strictly controlled temperature and finally aging for 10 months in steel with a further period of 2 months in the bottle.
Characteristics of this Piedmont wine
It has a deep ruby red color with purple highlights. The olfactory notes recall ripe red fruit, cherry and berries. Deep and harmonious on the palate, of excellent drinkability.
Recommended pairings with this Piedmontese red wine
Perfect with meat sauce dishes, braised, stewed, boiled. Also excellent with cheeses and sausages. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
