Toscana Rosato "A" from the Antinori winery stands out for its elegance and freshness. The name takes the initial both of the winery itself and of the varietal, the Aleatico, which is raised in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma and used alone for the creation of this rosé wine. The manual harvest takes place in September and is carried out several times with the aim of selecting only the best bunches: de-stemming and soft pressing follow. The must in contact with the skins is then subjected to the cold maceration procedure to ensure that the characteristic color as well as the olfactory bouquet are extracted: it is then transferred to steel where the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and is in steel itself that rests before being bottled.
