Torrette DOP Chateau Feuillet

Château Feuillet's Torrette is produced with Petite Rouge grapes plus a small part of Mayolet. After the harvest, the grapes ferment at a controlled temperature in steel where they stop for 8 months before being bottled and at the beginning of spring is put on the market.

Characteristics of this Valdostan wine

Intense red wine characterized by scents of blackberry and plum. In the mouth is soft, with nice tannins and a nice acidity. Good persistence.

Suggested food pairings tasting this red wine

Excellent with red meats, game in particular. Try it with aged cheese too. Serve at a temperature of 16-18ºC in glass not very large.
