Wine description
This Torrette Superiore from Château Feuillet is produced with 100% Petite Rouge grapes. After the harvest, the grapes ferment at a controlled temperature in steel, before being placed in small oak barrels where it stops for 3 months before being bottled.
Characteristics of this Valdostan wine
Intense red wine characterized by scents of blackberry and plum. In the mouth is elegant, soft, with nice tannins.
Recommended pairings tasting this red wine
Excellent with red meats, game and aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18ºC in glass not very large.
