Taurasi DOCG is a red wine typical of the province of Avellino, produced by Winery Azienda Agricola Torricino, located in zones most suitable in Tufo. The grapes that produce this wine are 100% Aglianico. The aging of this wine takes place in barriques for twelve months, and twelve months in large barrels, followed by twelve months of aging in bottle.

Its color is ruby red intense with garnet reflections. The aroma is fruity with hints of black cherry, berry, black pepper and tobacco. The palate is soft and complex, with great structure and persistence, it lends itself to aging.
Recommended pairings while tasting this wine
Serve in goblets of medium width at a temperature of 18–20°C. It is a perfect companion to meat dishes, roasts and game, truffles and seasoned cheeses.
