Syrah WITH LOVE COLLECTION BIO CANTINE TORRI

This red wine from the Abruzzo winery Cantine Torri is part of the With Love line, created to celebrate love in its strangest and most unlikely forms as well as winning pairings, as depicted on this Syrah label. The harvest takes place in the third ten days of August, under certified organic farming. Winemaking takes place in heat-conditioned steel vats, followed by malolactic fermentation and final bottling in the absence of oxygen.

Characteristics of this wine from Cantine Torri

It has an intense ruby red colour and an olfactory bouquet of blueberries, plums, berries and cocoa. On the palate it is dry, with tannins present but not invasive. The mouthfeel is in perfect balance with the olfactory senses. The ending is long and spicy.
