Description du vin
The Brut Perusini is a sparkling wine from Friuli produced by the Agricultural Company Perusini located in Corno di Rosazzo in the Udine province on the Oriental hills. The wine is produced with 60% Ribolla Gialla grapes and 40% of Chardonnay. The wine making is in steel under temperature control and it follows the sparkling making process by following the Charmat method on selected yeasts for 3 months.
Characteristics of this sparkling wine
It has a bright straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The scent is fruity with citron flavor and a bread crust aroma. The taste is fresh and harmonic.
