Wine description
Cantina Astoria’s Ribolla Gialla Brut Spumante is produced with 100% Ribolla Gialla grape. The harvest is done at the end of September with the bunches that reach full maturation; soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. It is then aged on the lees for 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
Spumante Ribolla Gialla Brut "Xala"'s features
Fresh and elegant, it stands out for the intensity of the fruity citrus aromas followed by a hint of almond. Satisfying and full on the palate, it closes with a delicately citrine finish.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Astoria winery
Excellent as an aperitif or with vegetables in batter. Serve at 8ºC in a slender glass.
