Descrizione del vino
The Cabernet Franc DOC is a red wine from Friuli, produced by the Agricultural Company Perusini located in Corno di Rosazzo in the Udine province on the Oriental hills. The grapes used are 100% Cabernet Franc. The wine making takes place in steel with selected yeasts and it follows 12 months of refinement in French oak barrels.
Characteristics of this red wine from Friuli
It has a burgundy color with ruby red reflections. The scent is fruity with a cherry jam and spicy aromas. The taste is full and structured with a good acidity and a fruity and elegant aftertaste.
Recommended Matches while tasting this Cabernet Franc
It has to be served in medium wide wine glasses at 16-18°C. It is perfect to be drunk with meat and game.
