Weinbeschreibung
The Master C27 Extra Dry Vintage is part of the Master C27 line that Casa Sant'Orsola consists of Garganega and Glera of the same vintage. Fermentation takes place in autoclave, following the Martinotti method.
Characteristics of this Spumante
A brilliant straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is elegant and pleasantly broad, with hints of peach and apricot and delicate notes of wisteria and acacia. The palate is savory, with a well-present and balanced acidity.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this product from Sant'Orsola Winery
For a nice aperitif among friends, it is excellent together with fried squid. To be served at the temperature of 8ºC in a tapered glass.
