Rosso "LE DUE ARBIE" BIO DIEVOLE

This wine praises the denomination Toscana IGT. It is a blend composed by 70% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Cabernet Franc. The vines are cultivated on lands composed by clay, marls and limestone. The vineyards have a south, south-west exposition and are trained with spur pruned cordon. 5000 stumps per hectare, that are around 10-15 years old, give 70 quintals grapes. Toscana Rosso IGT “Le Due Arbie” ages for 9 months in containers made of concrete and for other 3 months in the bottle. It is the result of the experience of its producers. It is a new red wine fresh, young and with a unique personality.

Intense and shiny ruby red colour. Its scent recalls red fruits and spices. The taste is fruity and structured. Soft and pleasant tannins, good persistence.

Excellent with traditional dishes of the region, pasta or grilled meat. It has to be served at 18°C.
