This wine is composed by Lagrein, Pinot Noir and Vernatsch. It praises the denomination IGT Dolomiti. The historical vineyards are cultivated in the classic area, on deep soils full of sand, that are ideal for Lagrein. This variety is really diffused in Adige Valley and Bassa Atesina. Pinot Noir and Schiava come from the sunny hills of Cornaiano. The manual harvest is followed by elimination of stalks and fermentation, managed at controlled temperature in steel containers. After the malolactic fermentation starts the aging, developed in concrete containers.

Intense ruby red colour. Its perfume is compact and wide, with hints of wild fruits and spicy shades. The taste is wide, smooth and fresh.

Perfect with roasted meat, game and hot cheeses. It has to be served at 12°C in a wide wine glass that allows the diffusion of the perfumes.
