Rosato Salento ROSALITA DUE PALME

This Salento rosé wine from Cantina Due Palme comes from a blend of 80% Negroamaro and 20% Malvasia Nera grapes: the vineyards are located between the provinces of Brindisi, Lecce and Taranto and benefit from deep soils with a good presence of clay. Once harvested manually, the grapes undergo a short maceration and then ferment and vinify in steel at a controlled temperature of 15 C°.

Characteristics of this Salento rosé wine

It has a pale but captivating pink color. The olfactory profile is dominated by red fruits, pink brackish notes as a background. On the palate it is fresh, with good persistence.

Recommended pairings with this Due Palme rosé wine

Perfect with shellfish, fried foods, white meat dishes. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 C°.
